Shipping and Refunds
When you place an order with us, our goal is to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Most of our orders ship within 3-5 business days of placing your order, with some exceptions during especially busy times such as the holidays or after sales.
Shipping times may vary from 1-3 weeks depending on your location. We will do our best to notify you if there are any delays with your shipment.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges, if there are any, are the buyer's responsibility.
For most items, in the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 15 days of receiving it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our staff, and if it is accepted, we will refund your original form of payment and notify you of your refund. If your return is rejected, our customer service department will reach out to you to notify you why it has been rejected.
Please allow 5-7days to process the exchange/return. We don’t refund original shipping and handling charges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are confident that you will absolutely love your Karina Baby Boutique order, but if you are unsatisfied, please let us know and we can address your concerns. If you receive an item that you feel is damaged/defective or missing items, you must report that to us within 24hrs of delivery for instructions.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form.
Kids Clothing Size Issue
Our customers must check the size chart on a product page before adding products to shopping cart. Please keep in mind that babies and kids grow fast so it's always better to choose a size up. We are not responsible for a proper fit however if the customer received the wrong size we will reship a correct one. In this case, customer needs to provide an evidence that received size was not the ordered one.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
